To help streamline services installation at Curtin University, ACURA Group worked alongside HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Medical Gas contractors, delivering practical support solutions tailored to project requirements.

As part of this collaboration, ACURA supplied Duroframe modular framing systems configured to suit the installation process and delivered ready for use on site. ACURA also worked with a seismic engineer to develop a custom cast-in plate solution that enabled direct connection to the framing system, eliminating the need for drilling and reducing on-site labour.

Early coordination was also critical to the project's seismic requirements. ACURA worked with stakeholders before installation commenced to develop pre-install support solutions that enabled trades to accurately plot cast-in anchors, creating a more efficient pathway for the installation of pipework and building services.

In addition to framing and seismic solutions, ACURA supplied Zip-Clip wire suspension systems, pipe supports, pipe lagging, ISO Clips, angle, threaded rod, and a range of consumables. ACURA also provided SNAP Fire Collars to help maintain the integrity of fire-rated walls and floors where service penetrations were required.

By combining engineered support solutions, custom-cut framing systems, passive fire protection products, and coordinated product supply, ACURA helped improve installation efficiency, reduce site rework, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical building services.
