ARC Bowden
ARC Bowden, developed and built by Hindmarsh, is a $102 million residential development set to elevate contemporary living on the edge of Adelaide’s parklands. Located along Park Terrace, the 11-storey tower comprises 145 thoughtfully designed apartments, complemented by boutique retail spaces at ground level and three levels of parking—creating a vibrant and well-connected community.

Our specialised plumbing, electrical, and HVAC solutions—designed specifically for high-rise apartment construction—helped address project complexities while delivering long-term value to both the client and future residents.
Recognising ARC Bowden as a centrepiece of the Bowden precinct, ACURA sourced and supplied high-quality fixings to ensure structural integrity and reliability while ensuring strong product availability to meet tight project timelines. These materials were carefully selected to address the challenges of apartment building dynamics, including limited space for pipework, drainage, and service penetrations.
ACURA also provided technical support and ongoing site training for Snap fire collar, ensuring efficient installation while maintaining strict compliance standards.
In addition, we supplied FyreWrap insulation to further support passive fire protection across the project. To support the performance and longevity of building services, we incorporated NBR insulation, Thermobreak lagging, and Thermobreak No-Clad lagging.
Our scope also included the supply of essential materials such as allthread, strut channel, cable tray and supports, PVC pipes and supports, nutclips, pipe clamps, pipe markers, and cable ties. We also provided two ACURA Site Boxes, giving trades organised and convenient access to frequently used components on site.
