With a 6-star Green Star rating, a 5.5-star NABERS energy rating, and a 4-star NABERS water rating, it delivers a premium, amenity-rich environment for 8,000 workers and students.
Recognising the significance of transforming Festival Plaza into a world-class destination within the Adelaide Riverbank Entertainment Precinct, ACURA Group played a vital role in the project by providing HVAC, electrical, mechanical plumbing, and seismic bracing solutions. This included specialised products for vibration control, seismic wire bracing, ferrules, and pipe lagging and insulation, as well as everyday essentials like cable tray and accessories, solid and slotted strut, threaded rod, and nuts, bolts, and washers—ensuring robust and reliable system support across various applications.
Through close collaboration and in-depth engineering discussions, ACURA Group developed comprehensive drawings and supplied modular framing systems. This innovative approach eliminated the need for traditional structural steel fabrication and coating, streamlining installation while improving overall efficiency. The modular design also reduced lifting requirements, significantly enhancing safety during construction.
