To meet the operational requirements of the facility, ACURA is implementing a robust support system incorporating Sikla siFramo and Duroframe. Renewable natural gas facilities operate in challenging conditions where corrosion resistance, structural integrity, and durability are critical. Through these modular support technologies, ACURA delivers a solution that provides high load capacity, reduced maintenance requirements, and the flexibility to accommodate future upgrades as operational needs evolve.

Complementing the structural support framework, ACURA also supplies engineered fixings tailored to the project's specific requirements. Together, these solutions help maintain structural reliability, support safe and efficient installation, and meet stringent performance and compliance requirements.

A key advantage of ACURA's involvement is the integration of engineering, prefabrication, and delivery into a single workflow. Through 3 to 4 days of engineering design development and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) validation, followed by 3 to 5 days of processing and off-site prefabrication and assembly, project components are prepared for efficient installation upon arrival on site. This approach enables installation to be completed in as little as 1 to 2 days and supports an accelerated project delivery program.

Sustainability is also a key consideration throughout the project. By utilising long-life materials, reducing waste through off-site prefabrication, and minimising site impacts during installation, ACURA supports both project efficiency and positive environmental outcomes.

As renewable energy projects continue to grow across the country, ACURA remains committed to delivering engineered structural solutions that enable faster construction, long-term asset performance, and efficient project delivery.
