James would be a familiar face to many in the industry. With a background in plumbing, James is a Key Account Manager for Acura, ensuring his clients are serviced to the highest standard.

With regular site visits, 5 delivery runs per day and high stock levels, Acura has shaped its service to meet and exceed the customers needs and expectations.

“Every project is different. Regularly visiting clients on-site means I can see first hand what is needed, and offer solutions then and there for any problems or questions.”

Having grown up in Kent, England, James swapped the weather (which peaks at 20° in Summer), for Adelaide sunshine but regularly visits friends and family back home.

In his spare time, James is a big fan of ball sports; having grown up playing rugby, soccer and hockey. His son has inherited the sports gene, and you will find James enthusiastically cheering him on from the sidelines at basketball and hockey matches.
